2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

Comply with all applicable laws, including Google's Fake Engagement Policy, FTC Review Guidelines, and data privacy laws.
Not use our Services for illegal, deceptive, or prohibited activities.
Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.
3. Payment and Fees
Fees are as stated in your proposal/invoice (e.g., monthly subscription, setup fee, or performance-based).
Payments are due on the schedule specified (e.g., monthly via auto-charge).
Late payments may incur fees or service suspension.
No refunds for partial months or early termination unless stated otherwise.
4. Term and Termination
Services begin upon payment and continue month-to-month or for the agreed term.

5. Intellectual Property

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
