Service Changes We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time with reasonable notice to active clients.
4. SMS / Text Message Terms
Opt-In By checking the SMS consent checkbox on our opt-in form or replying with an opt-in keyword to our number, you agree to receive text messages from Just Need Reviews. Consent to receive SMS messages is never required to purchase or use our Services.

6. Payment Terms
Fees Service fees are outlined in your service agreement or order form. All fees are in U.S. dollars.
Billing We bill on the schedule specified in your agreement (monthly, quarterly, or as otherwise agreed). Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise stated.
Late Payments Accounts past due by more than 15 days may result in a suspension of Services. We reserve the right to charge a late fee of up to 1.5% per month on outstanding balances.
Refunds Due to the nature of our Services, all fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by law. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge.
